Since January 1, 2024, the switch to electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions) has been in effect nationwide for those with statutory health insurance. You will receive your prescription digitally at our practice and can then redeem it at any pharmacy using your health insurance card.

For the first prescription issued each quarter, we absolutely need your health insurance card ; otherwise, we cannot issue a prescription. Further prescriptions can be ordered by phone or via our contact form throughout the quarter and will be available the following day.

Please note: the e-prescription is only valid for those with statutory health insurance and for prescription medications. It is NOT valid for medical aids.

To make picking up repeat prescriptions easy and time-saving, we offer the option of ordering them by phone or online. For online prescription orders, please use the contact form .

The prescriptions and any referrals you have ordered will be ready for collection from 11 a.m. on the second working day after your order.
