Since January 1, 2024, the switch to electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions) has come into force nationwide for those with statutory health insurance. All prescription drugs from statutory health insurance companies will then be issued as e-prescriptions. You will receive your prescription digitally in our practice and can then redeem your e-prescription with your insurance card at any pharmacy.

For the first prescription in the quarter, we absolutely need your insurance card , otherwise we cannot issue a prescription. Additional prescriptions can also be ordered over the course of the quarter by phone or using our contact form and will be activated the following day.

Please note: the e-prescription is only valid for those with statutory health insurance and for prescription drugs. It does NOT apply to medical aids, drug prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs or for private patients.

In order to be able to collect repeat prescriptions easily and quickly, we have set up the option for you to order prescriptions by phone or online. To order prescriptions online, please use the contact form .

The ordered prescriptions and any transfers will be ready for you to pick up from eleven o'clock on the next working day .
