As of January 1, 2024, the switch to electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions) has taken effect nationwide for statutory health insurance holders. All prescription drugs issued by statutory health insurance providers will then be issued as e-prescriptions. You will receive your prescription digitally at our practice and can then redeem your e-prescription at any pharmacy using your insurance card.

For the first prescription of the quarter, we absolutely require your insurance card ; otherwise, we cannot issue a prescription. Additional prescriptions can also be ordered during the quarter by phone or via our contact form and will be activated the following day.

Please note: the e-prescription is only valid for those with statutory insurance and for prescription medications. It does NOT apply to medical aids.

To make picking up repeat prescriptions easy and time-saving, we offer you the option of ordering by phone or online. To order prescriptions online, please use the contact form .

The ordered prescriptions and any referrals will be ready for you to pick up from 11 a.m. the next working day .
